We start by heading from Chiang Mai to Lampang Province, which takes about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

๐ŸŒพ First stop – Tung Kwian Market:
Here, youโ€™ll find a mix of local products, from clay items to fresh fruits, vegetables, and northern Thai specialties like pork rinds and sausages. Itโ€™s a great place to experience authentic local food and culture.

โ›ฐ๏ธ Next stop – Wat Chalermprakiat Phrachomklao Rachanuson:
After a 1.5-hour drive, we visit Wat Chalermprakiat (also known as Wat Phrabat Pu Pha Daeng). This stunning temple is located at the base of Pu Yak Mountain and was built to commemorate King Rama IVโ€™s 200th anniversary. The views from the top are breathtaking, and youโ€™ll climb about 300 steel steps to reach the pagodas. This is a Buddhist pilgrimage site with a footprint believed to belong to the Buddha.

Enjoy a delicious meal at a local restaurant before we continue our journey.

๐ŸŒฟ Final stop – Chae Son National Park:
We head to Chae Son National Park, a lush, mountainous area with beautiful scenery. The highlight here is the 6-level Chae Son Waterfall, where the clear water flows through the mountains. Nearby, you can also visit the hot springs, offering a misty, picturesque experience.
